Co-founder, self proclaimed boss man, and lover of a good pair of boots.
The guy with the uncompromising vision behind George & Ivy’s design. Having worked for (we won’t disclose how many) years in the hair industry, it became clear that he wanted to create a low tox space that breaks the mould of the ‘typical’ salon design. Having worked for, or trained with, some of the best such as Toni & Guy, Sassoons and Schorem barbers of Rotterdam. You’ll see him creating shapes in his natural habitat, the window seat of George & Ivy.

We could watch Kahli cut hair all day. With a passion for her craft, infusing each style with creativity and precision. having trained in many parts of the world such as New York and Canada, but now back to her old stomping ground of Perth. We are thrilled to have her apart of the team.
What really sets her passion alight is working with personality & hair types from Glimmering brunettes, seamless blondes to vibrant coppers
Loves working with interesting texture, unique hairstyles and the personality of the person wearing it.

Lover of curly hair, shag’s, mullets, cute choppy bob’s yet will master a sharp wedge when given the right head of hair. 15 years in the industry and constantly striving to get better and evolve her style of cutting hair. Cat loves seamless colour that flows with someones personality and lifestyle.

Ebonie has been trained by the absolute best of the best, completing her training at Vidal Sassoon in London (which in the hairdressing world it doesn’t get much better) with sharp precise lines, angular shapes. and an eye for detail.
Ebonie is a delight to have within the George & Ivy team, cant recommend enough that you spend some time in her chair!

Perfectionist/ master blow-drier/ great at his craft:
Having completed his apprenticeship in Perth, Adam headed straight for London’s high street, where he worked as a stylist for Charles Worthington, there is nothing that he cant do. master of colour, lover of cutting all lengths and texture of hair. You'll be so looking forward to getting back in his chair.

Having grown up here in Perth, Michelle spent three years in New York as an editorial stylist before moving to London in 2018 becoming a creative director. With years of experience in the salon and the catwalk under her belt, Michelle is bringing her expertise and creative flair to George & Ivy’s floor. Specialising in blonde highlighting, and creating personalised, stylish haircuts.

George & Ivy trained, Jazmyn prides herself in creating brght, healthy blondes. and loves personalising colour for the individuls lifestyle and personaity.

This super confident and promising hairdresser is loaded with knowledge and education, you couldn’t be in safer hands. Breeana is in her fist year as an emerging stylist.
